Sprzedaż Biletów na Wydarzenie

Niniejszy Regulamin ma zastosowanie do sprzedaży biletów na event Show Me The Money, z zastrzeżeniem, że Regulamin Wydarzenia Show Me The Money (dalej „Regulamin Wydarzenia SMTM”) może nakładać na nabywców dodatkowe obowiązki niewymienione w niniejszym Regulaminie. 

    1. Definicje

        1.1. „Sklep” – oznacza sklep internetowy prowadzony przez SUMMIT111PSA, dostępny pod adresem internetowym: www.showmethemoney.pl.

        1.2.  „Klient” – oznacza osobę fizyczną lub prawną dokonującą zakupu biletów za pośrednictwem Sklepu.

        1.3.  „Bilet” – oznacza bilet lub karnet uprawniający do udziału w wybranym wydarzeniu.

        1.4.  „Sprzedawca” – SUMMIT 111 PROSTA SPÓŁKA AKCYJNA, z siedzibą w Warszawie przy ul. Zbytki 4, 03-145 Warszawa, Polska, wpisana do Krajowego Rejestru Sądowego pod numerem KRS 0001044670, NIP 5242976925, REGON 525726450.

 

    2. Ogólne Warunki

 

        2.1. W sklepie SUMMIT111PSA prowadzimy sprzedaż biletów na wydarzenia organizowane przez firmę i jej partnerów.

        2.2. Klient ma obowiązek zapoznać się z niniejszym regulaminem przed zakupem biletu.

        2.3. Bilet upoważnia właściciela do uczestnictwa w wybranym wydarzeniu. 

    3. Zamówienia

 

        3.1. Zamówienia na bilety można składać za pośrednictwem Sklepu Internetowego, zgodnie z dostępnymi opcjami i instrukcją znajdującą się na stronie internetowej.

        3.2. Po złożeniu zamówienia Klient otrzyma na podany adres e-mail potwierdzenie złożenia zamówienia. Bilety w formie elektronicznej zostaną dostarczone na adres e-mail Klienta w ciągu 48 godzin od potwierdzenia płatności.

    4. Płatności

 

        4.1. Płatności za zakupione bilety można dokonać korzystając z dostępnych w Sklepie form płatności.

        4.2. Bilety zostaną wysłane do Klienta po potwierdzeniu płatności.

 

    5. Anulowanie i zwrot pieniędzy

 

        5.1. Klientowi nie przysługuje prawo odstąpienia od umowy. Bilet kupiony w internecie na konferencję zgodnie z art. 38 pkt 12 ustawy o prawach konsumenta nie podlega zwrotowi.

        5.2. W przypadku anulowania wydarzenia z przyczyn losowych, może ono zostać przeniesione na inny termin. Jeżeli Klient nie będzie w stanie uczestniczyć w nowym terminie, ma prawo do odstąpienia od umowy w ciągu 30 dni od moment ogłoszenia zmiany terminu. Rezygnacja Klienta musi być zgłoszona mailowo. W takiej sytuacji Klient otrzyma pełny zwrot środków w ciągu 30 dni.

    6. Reklamacje

 

        6.1. W przypadku jakichkolwiek problemów związanych z zakupem biletów Klient może składać reklamacje kontaktując się na adres e-mail: kontakt@showmethemoney.pl.

        6.2. Reklamacje będą rozpatrywane w terminie 14 dni od daty zgłoszenia.

    7. Ochrona danych osobowych

 

        7.1. Administratorem danych osobowych jest SUMMIT 111 PROSTA SPÓŁKA AKCYJNA, z siedzibą w Warszawie przy ul. Zbytki 4, 03-145 Warszawa, Polska, NIP: 5242976925. Sklep SUMMIT111PSA gwarantuje ochronę danych osobowych Klienta zgodnie z obowiązującym prawem.

        7.2. Dane osobowe Klienta przetwarzane są wyłącznie w celu realizacji zamówienia.

 

    8. Zmiany w regulaminie

 

        8.1. Sklep zastrzega sobie prawo do zmiany niniejszego regulaminu w dowolnym momencie.

        8.2. Zmiany regulaminu nie mają wpływu na warunki umów zawartych przed dniem wprowadzenia zmian.

 

    9. Postanowienia końcowe

 

        9.1. Regulamin wchodzi w życie z dniem jego opublikowania na stronie internetowej Sklepu.

        9.2. Wszelkie spory wynikające z umowy sprzedaży będą rozstrzygane na drodze postępowania sądowego zgodnie z obowiązującymi przepisami prawa.

Store Regulations

Event Ticket Sales

These Regulations apply to the sale of tickets for the Show Me The Money event, provided that the Show Me The Money Event Regulations (hereinafter "SMTM Event Regulations") may impose additional obligations on purchasers not listed in these Regulations.

 

1. Definitions

 

1.1. "Store" – refers to the online store operated by SUMMIT111PSA, available at the website: www.showmethemoney.pl.

1.2. "Customer" – refers to a natural or legal person making a ticket purchase through the Store.

1.3. "Ticket" – refers to a ticket or pass entitling to participate in a selected event.

1.4. "Seller" – SUMMIT 111 PROSTA SPÓŁKA AKCYJNA, located in Warsaw at Zbytki Street 4, 03-145 Warsaw, Poland, registered in the National Court Register under the number KRS 0001044670, NIP 5242976925, REGON 525726450.

 

2. General Conditions

 

2.1. In the SUMMIT111PSA store, we sell tickets for events organized by the company and its partners.

2.2. The Customer is obliged to read these regulations before purchasing a ticket.

2.3. The ticket entitles the holder to participate in the selected event.

 

 

3. Orders

 

3.1. Ticket orders can be placed through the Online Store, according to the available options and instructions on the website.

3.2. After placing an order, the Customer will receive an order confirmation email. Electronic tickets will be delivered to the Customer's email address within 48 hours of payment confirmation.

 

 

4. Payments

 

4.1. Payments for purchased tickets can be made using the payment forms available in the Store.

4.2. Tickets will be sent to the Customer after payment confirmation.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

 

5.1. The Customer does not have the right to withdraw from the contract. A ticket purchased online for a conference, according to Article 38(12) of the Consumer Rights Act, is non-refundable.

5.2. In case of event cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances, it may be rescheduled. If the Customer is unable to attend the new date, they have the right to withdraw from the contract within 30 days from the date of the announcement of the change. The Customer's resignation must be reported by email. In such a case, the Customer will receive a full refund within 30 days.

 

6. Complaints

 

6.1. In case of any problems related to ticket purchase, the Customer may file a complaint by contacting: kontakt@showmethemoney.pl.

6.2. Complaints will be considered within 14 days from the date of notification.

 

 

7. Personal Data Protection

 

7.1. The personal data administrator is SUMMIT 111 PROSTA SPÓŁKA AKCYJNA, located in Warsaw at Zbytki Street 4, 03-145 Warsaw, Poland, Tax number: PL5242976925. The SUMMIT111PSA Store guarantees the protection of the Customer's personal data in accordance with applicable law.

7.2. The Customer's personal data is processed solely for the purpose of order fulfillment.

 

8. Changes to the Regulations

 

8.1. The Store reserves the right to change these regulations at any time.

8.2. Changes to the regulations do not affect the terms of contracts concluded before the day of the changes.

 

 

9. Final Provisions

 

9.1. The regulations come into effect on the day of their publication on the Store's website.

9.2. Any disputes arising from the sales contract will be settled through court proceedings in accordance with applicable legal provisions.
